New 3dcart REST API Client for .NET

Many of you are already familiar with 3dcarts API. Now we would like to invite you to take advantage of 3dcarts new REST API client. The purpose of this new client is to facilitate development of applications based on the .NET platform (C#). However, you need to pick a license for the repository, otherwise it's implicitly private and nobody can legally use this code for anything. I don't think that was the intention here, since this looks quite useful.

I'd suggest the Apache version 2.0 license, as it's very permissive for businesses to build on top of.

The MIT and BSD licenses are even more permissive, and would be great picks as well.
