Yes and no. It all comes down to the writer. We have had some good, but mostly bad. We have had better luck hiring individuals. If you hire a big company, they will give you writers with little to no experience - but they have great salespeople..... -
Are you asking in terms of blogs for your site or using blogs for backlinking?
If it's for backlinking you can use guest posting services which can be expensive and can possibly ruin your backlink profile if used the wrong way.
The best way is to hire a VA (or do yourself) for outreach and establish a relationship with site owners to post your articles .Comment
