Bingbot blocked

For last four days, Bing Webmaster Center reports Bingbot is blocked, 403 (Forbidden) error. It being prevented from accessing the server. It appears our site is behind Cloudflare so perhaps, this is where the problem lies.

Does anyone else have this issue?
