Has anyone looked at their orders and saw the "Not Completed Orders" then clicked on the email the customer? Any success with this feature? I look and don't always see the button or maybe it's not always available. Of course I don't see the customers name but just an IP address.

Yes I so use it occassionally. Especially if the customer got to step 3 or 4. In many cases they THOUGHT they completed the order but needed to push one more button.
I modified the text in my email. I get a pretty good percentage of results with it.
I never use it on Step 1 or Step 2 incomplete orders.
