My website is down. I've already put in a support ticket with 3dcart, but just wanted to know if anyone else is freaking out wondering how much blame they're going to receive.
UPDATE: Just to let you know, in case your site ever goes down and start searching though the forums frantically -- Our site is back up: It went down some time around 10:15am and was back up around 1:50pm. When I called around noon, there were multiple people already working on it. So just remember to breathe and it will be okay.
