Inventory issue- no reply from Support yet

Hello,

I didn't find a category dedicated to inventory, so if I missed it, I apologize.

On Monday, October 17th, I filed a support ticket for an issue that is causing us to have inventory errors.

Our ticket number is LSY-241735.

Can someone from support check into this?

Melissa, support does not check the forum, you should contact Support or login to support with the provided login (check your email with ticket number) and check the status.

I've done that.

Twice. AND I updated the ticket.

Thanks for the tip that Support doesn't check the forum- I guess I've been spoiled by other forums in which support actually replies to inquiries. I appreciate your reply :)
