It's not a scam or anything and it works. I already am using my $150 in free facebook ads. You got to have a business page to take advantage of it .

I tried to apply but received a message that I do nor have 50 likes and I am nor based in the US. Both is incorrect. I have 700+ likes and I am in AZ. Is there something else that needs to be done before you can apply?

Is your fb page classified as a "local business and place". That may have something to do with it.I am not sure. It worked fine for me. Maybe send them a direct message on FB or try going to their page and applying, maybe my link isn't good. I think you have to be logged in as the admin of your page.
