Email password "hacked" tech support does nothing

My 3dcart email password was mysteriously changed this afternoon and tech support hasn't addressed the issue. I was just told to call back in the morning because the guy working doesn't know anything about how to fix it or how to reset the password. So basically the security of my store email is compromised and I have to just wait around for someone to maybe fix it.
