3dCart marketing emails not working

This is weird...

Got a couple of marketing emails from 3dCart in my inbox. If I click any link in either email, I am sent to this page which is nearly-blank page except for this message:

Please run updater.php to update Email Marketing Software.

The updater.php link leads to Email Marketing Software Updater which is a login page of some kind.

Anybody know what this is all about? I tried it in firefox and chrome -- no difference.

I certainly can live without reading 3dCart marketing emails, but I thought I'd mention it.
