our server is dead today!!

anyone else having their server crash today? Down for about 20 mins - they got it to come back up - now dead again!!! No front end, back end or for that matter middle end! www.ebeehoney.com

just checked a few other companies that I know use 3dcart and their stores are all up and functioning.

down close to 5 hours now - let's see $110.00 x 5 per hour lost sales so far. Not happy at all today!!!!

server finally came back up for about 2 hours and then bam down again for the past 30 mins - worried that folks working on issue either don't have the parts or frankly have no clue what the issue is????

I'm thinking perhaps they need to call someone in who knows what the frick they should be doing - 8 hours today - trust me they know we are livid!

I keep getting pingdom alerts all day long - alerting me to website down.

Yep...same here. Weekend is where we usually make the money. On top of this we have a click campaign running :)

in 2016 servers don't go down for 8 plus hours - there should be reduntant backups - where something happens - sites are moved - tech keeps stating they're working on it - I really don't care! Get our site the heck off this server - once it starts crashing like this doesn't get better. Can't wait to call a few folks tomorrow when they get in

took 14 hours today for them to hopefully fix the server - my confidence in 3dcart is dinged!!
