  • Customer Comments During Calls

    Have you ever received customer comments during phone calls or emails that leave you "scratching your head"? I've had 2 this week.

    1) Customer places a big order. I process the order. It ships the same day. Then the customer decides to cancel the order. I tell her it has shipped already. "Nobody processes an order that fast; not even Amazon." She then accuses me of lying about the shipping status even though she was sent an email with tracking data.
    2) Customer calls and asks why my prices are lower than anyone else.....

    From a couple of weeks ago:

    3) Customer calls to reorder. I tell her that the product is discontinued. She asks if I can order it for her.

    We all need a little levity. Add to my list of "silly" customer comments.
