1. Paypal: We are excited to announce the integration to Pay with Venmo and the Pay Later functionality with Paypal. Here are the details to the full feature!

Bug Fixes:

1. Stripe - Payments Error: updated the Credit Card Declined message for customers
2. Customer CSV Import: now working properly when more than 1 record is on CSV file
3. Rest API: LastUpdate field is not accounting for the time zone of the store
4. Klarna - Gift Certificates: when purchasing an item with a gift certificate using Klarna, the values were not passed appropriately
