Checkout questions based on what is in cart?

Any way to have the checkout questions based on what item in your cart?
For instance, we have a need to ask a confirmation that "I understand this is a factory refurbished item" or something like that. As opposed to the new items we sell.

I don't think you can make a checkout question product-specific. Maybe it's somehow possible with custom programming.

But you could add a required question under options for the product using a checkbox as the type. I use something similar with many of my company's products.
