Editing Variables

I'd like to use extra field 6 on the product listing to post documentation links. Therefore, I'd like to change the value of the variable [product_extrafield6] to say Documentation. Does anyone know of a way to change variable values or do I need to hardcode it in the listing page?

It's in Store Language.

Extra fields 6 through 10 will accept html :)

We use one of those fields to list several links to further info on the product.
For example:

<li> Spec Sheet <h ref
<li> User Manual
<li> Video Tutorial

etc.....
