Allow Address Type Selection

There is a config in the admin for: Allow Address Type Selection

What is this?

The "use residential rates" is a GREAT feature, I think, but, does the Allow Address Type Selection allow you to let the customer choose between a residence or business?

We turned this feature on but did not see where it is on checkout? :confused:

It creates a drop down button for Residential / Commercial and will affect the rates being offered.
