Import into QuickBooks

I have the 3dcart Quickbooks program for importing information.

I want to download Invoices and have them imported by COMPANY NAME. How do I do that? Companies buy from us .. not individuals, so it does not work well at all to have invoices matched by Customer Name and NOT company name.
