Changing Payment Methods
We currently take CC# Offline and want to use Authorize.net which is listed. Once we select this and click "insert" what's my next move? We have a company that handles our CC# activity at our stores located around the state. (Walk In activity) Is there any FAQ's on this type of setup?:confused:

From what I remember about this from a while back we needed to have different MIDs and TIDs for on-site CC and a separate set for the online processing. This does not mean separate accounts. Try calling your representative who set up the account for you and see what info they can provide.
We use authorize.net with 3DC and it work with no problems.
