Just wanted to follow up to Gonzalo's post. Were you able to resolve your problem? If not, please do not hesitate to open up a ticket or contact technical support.
IMO, you should give support a call first, prior to posting to the forum or opening a ticket, if you suspect an issue with your store. THey can jump on top of it and see whats going on immediately.
