How to get the tracking links to work

Does anyone know how to get the tracking link to UPS and FedEx to work?
When you view the tracking info page, there are dynamic links created to track the package on the carrier's website. These don't work for us. Does anyone have them working?

A common problem is if you don't have FEDEX/USPS/UPS credentials in the settings tracking won't work.

if you do, and it still does not work, send in a ticket with a link to the tracking page with a tracking code (copy/paste the link) so that it can be diagnosed further.
