Please help us with code block

We would like the "Quantity discount" code block to appear the same as the "product Options" code block. You can see here:

The Quantity discount block is short and the product options block spans the available space. Can anyone help us with the code needed to make these two tables match. It looks unprofessional having different table configs. We would like to mimmic the "OPtions" table in the QTY table

Send me a screen shot of your product options and product advanced options page for this product and I'll take a look. Snagit9 does a good job of screen captures. btw, nice website...
