UPS Label Manager

Just checking for users of the UPS label generator, does this work for you?
We have a SmartPickup account and would like to know if this feature works with that and if you can configure email notifications from UPS just as you can with UPS online shipping. Also, does this work with your thermal printer? Also, is the development key transferable to other 3dcarts that you may have or do you have to request one for each?

UPS had made some changes to the API that is used to communicate with 3dCart. We are making changes to this and hope to have that functionality resumed shortly.

UPS Label Not Working -Date

I have been told that UPS Label won't work until they can "work" on it after the new release it out and that it's been put on hold for now? Is this true? It's very important to have the label manager. Anyone else experiencing difficulties using Label Manager?

Any idea of when UPS label manager will function? It's been several months.

Label Manager Certification

We have been disappointed that UPS Label Manager isn't working. I spoke in depth with the UPS Development team and our only option is to work outside 3dCart. They told me that the label manager has to be certified and it is possible that 3dCart is not certified to to the label manager. I sure hope they get this up soon.

Label Manager Working

The label manager is now working properly which is wondeful. Just be aware that it does not pull negotiated rates on the backend. The rates you are looking at for shipping in Label Manager for UPS are not your negotiated rates. 3d knows about the issue. We have requested a "fix". Jimmy said, "The Label Manager cannot support Negotiated Rates for UPS, and I don’t believe there is a solution for it." I hope they figure it out.
