I have received several calls from returning customers complaining that they can't add any products to the cart in our website. When they try to add a product, they get "You don't have any products in your shopping cart." message."
It's has happened several times with different customers since we opened. It seems that the only way to have fix this is by deleting all the cookies from their computers and it starts working fine again. Some customers are patient about it and delete their cookies, but I had other customers just tell me that this was too complicated and they didn't want to do this. My last client even told me that she didn't have this issue with other sites (amazon or ebay), except for mine.
My site requires registration to checkout (asks for e-mail and password).
Has this happened to anyone yet?
Thanks!
