Their in the frame template Just below the comment thats says <!--START: LEFT BAR-->
At least on ours their pretty well laid out and each block surrounded by start and end of comments. For moving blocks around I copy and paste them into notepad, erase them from the frame then paste them back into the frame in the order I want them. I only moved one or two on the left bar so only took a couple Min.
If your not real comfortable leave all the frame code in and start at the top putting one at a time in then erase the duplicate code after you test it.
