We are getting ready to send some test shipments with UPS Mail Innovations.
Has anyone used them and do you have any opinion on their services?
Does 3dcart have any integration with them? From what I understand customers will need to use upsmi.com for tracking to get all tracking information (tracking inside the UPS system and through post office) and would only get tracking inside the post office system if the delivery confirmation number was searched on usps.com.
