An email goes out each day. The customers are very responsive, which was not expected! :)

Question on Follow Up Email Feature

Apparently, this only runs once a day at max, Also, we didn;t receive any email notification nor log file even though we had our email configured to receive it, just an FYI

We are really excited about this feature. We have a side banner link for a discount if you review our products, but, that wasn't working so well. So, we've setup another promotion called Review Rewards!
Here's the email we use for this feature:
"Hello [customer],
Hopefully you've had some time to try out the products ordered from us. We were just checking in to see how have you liked them so far? Are you happy with your purchase?
We'd certainly love to hear about it and so would other customers who may be considering the same products. If you wouldn't mind taking a minute to write a review about the products you've purchased, we'd sure appreciate it. We value your feedback. Every customer that completes a review of one of our products will receive an email from us with a special coupon code good on future purchases!
Thanks, and have a great day!
Please submit a review for the products you've recently purchased.."
We will report back with results. :)

It only ran once. We changed the aging date and tried to run it again. Will it only run once a day?

Question on Follow Up Email Feature
We want to use this feature to send review requests. What folder is used to formulate the emails? In other words, we moved all of our older shipped orders to a custom folder (Old Orders) When we enable the followup emails, what folder are the emails coming from? In other words, how can we be sure an email wont generate for a previous order that has been moved to our archive (Old Orders) folder?
