I already put a ticket in, but I thought I would see if anyone else is having the same issue. Twice (that I know of) in the past two weeks or so, a customer has complained about not being able to get past the shipping calculation screen.
They get a "No shipping option is available to this address" error.
If I log into thier cart under thier user name, I get the same thing no matter what address I type in. If I log in under another account, thier address works fine.
Anyone else having this issue?
