However, I don't have any of the vital services in place yet, credit card processing, shipping integration, PCI compliance cert...I was trying to hold off on getting these integrated until I can test my cart functionality, but I don't know if it's a "chicken and the egg" matter...
Is there a method that you folks have used to test the operations of your cart BEFORE launch - such as creating test orders, ensuring the proper emails are being sent/received, quickbooks plugin adjusting the stock levels after purchasing new stock and after order fulfillment, etc.?
Of course, I'd rather not experience "technical difficulties" on live orders, ESPECIALLY not live phone orders. :eek:
