Contact Us form without CRM?

Is there a Contact Us form that just emails us the customers email and we can reply from Outlook (or whatever email client)?

I don't want our CSRs to have to login to the cart throughout the day to reply to emails and I don't want to just list our email on the Contact page.

Would we just have to make a custom page and enter our own contact form code from scratch?

Apex,

It can be done. Settings>Design>Site Content. You can add a "Contact Us" page via Menu Links, but you would have to make your own form code.
