Short Checkout Form for Electonic Delivery Items

Is there a way with 3D-Cart to do a short version form with just a name and email address for delivery of an electronic file?

We offer a FREE book item, but don't want to have the customer go through the entire registration process to get the download.

Let me know if this can be done in 3D-Cart.
