using "and" in product search, or search for all keywords

Is there a way to allow for the use of "and" in product search, or to search for all keywords.

The way it is setup now is very limiting and sometimes it is very hard to find a product using the search.

This is also an issue on the "Price Editor". It is a great feature, but using operators like "and", "or", would help greatly in filtering products.
