How do you remove the preloaded policy pages?

How do I remove the preloaded policy pages like Privacy, Privacy on Other Web Sites, Order Acceptance Policy?

I have looked all over the admin section and cant find anywhere to remove / hide these or anyway to change the text contained on them.

(I have removed the link to the terms & conditions page but the pages still show up if I do a blank search using the search box.)

You can find those pages under:

Settings -> Design -> Site Content

I actually left the 3DC text there, and added our own right above the existing text.
