remove right side banner on checkout

I know a while back there was a thread about doing this but I can't find it now. Where is the option to have the right side banner not display on the chekout page?

I think in the TITLES/CONTENT section of the DESIGN area there may be a checkbox for this on the various default pages.

Thanks for the help but we are using the single page checkout and that is not listed in the Titles/Content list.

Any other ideas?
