Sizing search box and newsletter box

I have been trying to find out where the html coding is for the size of the "subscribe to our newsletter" box is as well as the search box. The Newsletter box is too wide and it is pushing out of the left column making things look awkward. Can someone point me in the right direction.

go to your frame.html page. There is one for the Mail list that starts like so:<br>
<!-START: FRAME_MAILLIST-> it is about 10 lines down from here and looks like: <td align="left"><input name="email" type="text" class="txtBoxStyle" value="enter email" size="18" onFocus="javascript:if (document.mailing.email.value=='enter email') {document.mailing.email.value='';};" onblur="if(this.value.length == 0) this.value = 'enter email'"></td>
<td align="left"><input type="image" src="assets/templates/[template]/images/go_btn.png" name="www" value="[mailinglist_button]"></td><br>
In red is there you will change the size. <br>
The other one for the search is somewhere in the same file. Look for size=xx. This should give it away.
