Help. send to cart when "add to Cart" is clicked.

I have one product that I want the customer to be sent to the cart immediately when they click add to cart. I made it its own listing template.

Is there a way to give this functionality to this listing template only. How do I modify the add to cart button to accomplish this?

The rest of the site is set so the customer stays put where they are when they click add to cart.

I contacted support but they were not able to help.

• Choose a Listing Template that you don't use. (keep in mind if you have not edit these templates before they will be in the common folder the new file should go in the template folder that you are using as the system will check there first) copy this template to your default site template folder.
• Copy the code from the listing template that you do use to that template.
• Remove button and code for the add to cart
• Use the code provided in the product edit area. Advanced tab, should look something like this

• upload new buy image
• Go back to the advanced tab under edit product and select the newly created style under listing template.

Thank you for taking the time to help.
This did change the button, but when I click it, it refreshes the page, but does not add the item to the cart, nor does it go to the shopping cart.
I will continue messing with it.

It does work I just tried by inserting a link in the description and tried from a page that has nothing to do with the product. Works fine

I used the word here instead of an image. Works great took me strait to view cart with the product there and our site is set up to add to cart and remain on current page.

Are you copying the from the advance tab (don't use the code sample in my sample code as that points to 1 of my items. If you like post the code and I can confirm.

I talked to support and here is the deal.
My product has an option with a text box. The option is not required.

However, when clicking on the BUY button from the advanced tab, It will only take you to the product page (or refresh the product page if you are already there) and will not add the item to the cart.

I should have mentioned the option in my first post.

And why is this on home page going to the product page instead of cart?
