Export Orders? Where are the products?

Order Export is only exporting order information and not any product information. What good is downloading an order if you cant see what they ordered? Am I doing something wrong?

I am going to order export. And I am checking "INCLUDE ORDER ITEMS" with a correct date range and I get a message after around a minute "THERE IS NOT DATA TO EXPORT"

If I unchecked "INCLUDE ORDER ITEMS" I get a download of all orders less item information?

What you are describing is not the intended output (if you have orders, with items, doing the export with include items should do an export with the items), so, i would suggest you submit a ticket to have someone look at your account.
