How to set home page frame?

We would like to use this as a format for all our meta tags on our products. I have this code in the frame.html file. I tried making a frame_1 file and the home page is not accepting the change. I want this format for all our descriptions except for the home page. Is there a better way to do this?

Your code needs to go on the product page.
products>view/edit select a product (meta tags) use the tag wizard

I would work with 1 product till your content. Then download all your products and find the column with the tag info and copy to all products.

The metatag field doesn't pull up the target fields. I really wanted the current price to be indexed. Extra_field_3 has my keyword loaded sentences. I would love to save the time of doing it in excel.

This would have been perfect if I could get the homepage to work. A lot of our competition is doing this so I wanted to offer the same.
