Im new to 3d carts and confused about a few things. 3d cart says I get live chat on my website. How do I turn this on? and does it cost to have it?

3dCart offers several plugins to enhance your online store services. Your 3dCart monthly package may include some of the plugins already. If not, you can always purchase a plugin for an additional monthly payment, or a one time fee.
There will be a "Live Chat" icon on across the top of your dashboard.
Also, go to the knowledgebase (support) and type in live chat, you will get a few articles and a PDF explaining it in more detail.

If LiveChat is included in your package, you need to call tech support to install this on your site. It is not automatically installed.

If it is included in the package there is no charge to install.
The Queue is there, the caller will be on hold for a few minutes (depending on the settings) and if no agent answers it will prompt the caller to send the question as an email/ticket offline.
