customer order email

I just made an order on my site and opened the email sent to me about the order. At the top of the email is a green circle and says "Company name". So how do I add my store name istead of "Company name"?

Not sure if this will help, because I myself have never seen the "green circle and says Company name" (some other variables may exist), but try this:
Go to - Settings / General / Merchant Information . From there make sure the correct info is entered for your "company" AND upload a logo in the "Invoice Logo" section.
Let us know if this fixed the problem.

Thanks Barry, yes that worked. SO for those of you that are new like me you will need to upload a logo for the invoice sent to customers

Glad that it was what you were looking for. Now about editing those emails ...... that's an area that I myself find VERY cumbersome, confusing and non-intuitive ..... but maybe you will have better luck and can share some wisdom!!!! Don't get me wrong, I have been SLOWLY getting them to look the way I want, but ...... lol
