Am I the only one that the bandwidth meter still has not been reset from April?
I contacted support two days ago and they claimed it was automated and it would happen. But here we are the 4th day of the month and so far no automated script has run to reset this on my account.
An automated script as the support person claimed would have run on the first. So clearly this is not automated. Clearly the support person was wrong.
I am asking this here to see if I am the only one with this problem or if anyone else has this problem. Then I can contact support again with more knowledge about this.
