I have a peculiar product that I need suggestions on.
I sell hand-dyed floss (Weeks Dye Works Floss)
The floss is assigned a NUMBER and a NAME - to me it is easier and more logical to give the floss a NUMBER - followed by the name and the drop-down sorts by number.
However - when a customer purhcases a needle craft chart - some publishers only supply the NAME of the color - and do not provide the number. So the customer has to scroll through my list and find the name. Very time-consuming.
I'm considering removing the dropdown and having each color listed as an individual item/product. I'm trying to figure out if there is any way I can use the SORT options to let the customer sort the colors both ways?? A keyword or something??
