Enable "Multiple Ship to" Feature not Working

Turned it on and nothing changed. Cleared the cache still nothing. Using multiple page checkout and I turned off and on the actions for the "Add To Cart Action" functions. Is this only available with a 4.0 template?

No we are using and older template and it still works. Have you looked at the product pages to see it there? Nothing will change visibly on your checkout pages unless the customer selects the multiple ship-to option on the individual product pages.

It's on the product page. Maybe that's what it is. That doesn't do much good if someone just adds the item to the cart without going to the product detail. The function is lost then and pretty useless.

Just got done playing with it again. Add product from the product page and the option will appear for any product added no matter how it's added. Add the product from any other way and the option does not show up no matter how many products you add. That defeats the purpose of the quick add entirely.

If you would like to direct the customer to the product listing pages instead:

1. You will need to Modify the category_0.html template. This can be found via FTP, or you can go to Settings - Design - Template Editor in your Admin panel.
2. In the template, you will see this code: <a href="add_cart.asp?quick=1&item_id=[catalogid]">[category_buyitlink]</a>
3. Replace "add_cart.asp?quick=1&item_id=[catalogid]" with "product.asp?itemid=[catalogid]"
