Site Problems with Product Pages

Our site and info pages are pulling up fine. This is the 2nd time today that product pages where just coming up as a white page.

Any one else having this issue?

I did report the first case to support and was told it was b/c a server was being reset and it will not be an issue going forward.

I don't know if another server was reset again or if this is a sign of a bigger problem.

So, just curious if anyone else has seen this happen to their site today.

Were these pages that show up white used to load before?
Have you done any changes to the names of the pages? if so run the "Update File Names"
