My advice to everyone is to switch to Google mail. 3d's mail server is, to say it lightly, disappointing. If you don't rely on email on a daily basis, it is no big deal.
I put off switching b/c I thought the new upgrade would fix issues. It did not. It was still clunky and not as reliable as you would expect.
My 2 cents.
