Free Shipping Link for customers

Has anyone ever experimented with a link for items that have free shipping?

What I'm trying to do is provide customers a url that they can see everything in the store that has free shipping.

Support says there isn't anything standard that does this so I thought I would throw it out to the masses to see if anyone has done this before?

You can create a category with SmartCategories™
Products>Categories.... "Advance"

I am disappointed in support for this, they should know their product inside out if they are answering the customer support calls.
