Multiple discounts per customer based on products purchased
I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. How we structure our discounts is based on the type of product being purchased, ie from a certain manufacture. We may provide 10 different discounts to the same customer.
The only way I can see 3dcart promotional manager working is to create a customer group for each customer, then assign 1-15 different promotions based off of the product category to their customer group. If this is the case, that will mean I'll have hundreds if not thousands of promotions. Is there a limit to the amount of promotions (discounts) that we can create?
Is there a better way to do this?
