Newb Question about rotating pictures

Ok, sorry for this questions. I have read several older posts about having pictures in a rotation but I am beating my head against the wall trying to figure this out.

I would like a few pictures rotate every 3 or 4 seconds down in the left banner area.

If you can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

Ok, I've got the basics working now, but I still have a question. I put a banner in the frame.html - middle section, assuming that it would just be on the home page, but it is on all pages. I understand why, but how do I keep it on just the home page?

Put them on the home page. Settings > Design > Titles & Content > Home > Header
