What are the Values for "Inventory Control" in regards to Import/Export -ing?

I want to set a group of items I'm importing to "Back Order" status. I can't find the field/identifier for "Inventory Control" and even if I stumbled on it, what are the valid responses? I've attached an image of the field I mean. I have Inventory Control enabled in my general settings and the default for the store is to show items with 0 inventory as out of stock.

Any Clues?

In CSV file, should be row CL if you're doing a full import
row header: "show_out_stock"

1 - out of stock (out of stock message displays)
2 - back order (this is the one you want)
3 - waiting list (out of stock message is displayed, but customer is given option to sign up for waiting list)

Also, "-1" is default (whatever you have in your store settings as default)
