Cart reseting

I'm having an issue with the cart resetting, started getting reported last night by my customers, and has been pretty much non stop since then. I've had atleast 7 reports of carts resetting, and was able to replicate by shopping on my site (Scrapbooking Supplies | Discount Scrapbook Supplies, Stickers & Paper) for an extended amount of time and adding and adding and adding items, at some point it would empty and reset. Any one seen this? Any solutions?

What's an extended amount of time?
Minutes, Hours, or Days?

My best guess is that the cookie on the browser is being wiped out, but this would only make sense if you are talking about several hours or days.
