Anyone with AUTHORIZE.NET seen this error message before?

Ive had several orders that didnt go through with this message but when i run the customers card manually it always goes through

3dcart support so far has not been helpful.

[Evolution]

I had this in the past and they told me that the order in the cart had to be deleted and started over from scratch.

They said it had something to do with an identifier that's creating and it not being able to be submitted twice.
