Admin panel running very slow?

Yes and I've been working with support for over a week on it. Average response time for my site currently is 1560 ms and I've had one outage this week, pages time out and I just came out of admin to come over here and see if anyone else it trying to plug away like I am. Bandwidth is unusually high for my site as well for this early in the month so I'm working on that as well
